1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Ijar Tech app, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older, hold a valid driving license, and have a valid payment method to complete a booking. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.

3. Account & Verification

Creating an account requires a Saudi mobile number verified via an OTP code. You are responsible for keeping your account confidential and for all activity under it.

4. Bookings & Payments

• Prices and vehicle availability are subject to change until a booking is confirmed.
• Payments are processed via HyperPay, with installment options via Tabby and Tamara under each provider’s terms.
• A security deposit may be required and refunded based on the vehicle’s condition upon return.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are subject to the cancellation policy shown at booking time. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

6. User Obligations

• Use the vehicle in accordance with the law and rental terms.
• Return the vehicle at the agreed time and place in sound condition.
• Bear traffic violations and damages resulting from misuse.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not use the app for any unlawful purpose, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse the service in any way.

8. Limitation of Liability

We make reasonable efforts to ensure information accuracy and service availability, without guaranteeing it is error-free or uninterrupted. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the app.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and its judicial authorities have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

10. Changes & Contact
